Online Consultations
You are able to submit an online consultation between 8am and 6:30 pm on normal working days from Monday to Friday. This is an ideal option for contacting us about non-urgent issues. Online consultations will be triaged by our Patient Coordinators and then reviewed by a GP or other appropriate clinician who will respond to you accordingly.
Online consultations may not be viewed and responded to for up to 3 working days from the time of submission. Therefore an online consultation is not suitable or urgent issues. For urgent, on-the-day care please telephone our Patient Coordinators on 01227 284300. In the event of a medical emergency you should always phone 999.
