Exceptional service by true professionals

I have visited the surgery on several occasions over the past 2 months having experienced acute pain and jaundice. It was the first time I had met my GP and other professionals since moving to Whitstable. It is (sadly) all too rare these days to be treated with such compassion and kindness as I experienced here and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Everyone I encountered were professional and understanding. At a time when I was afraid and convinced my days were numbered I was reassured that I could be fixed. My doctor took the time to explain everything to me and help me make decisions and take the right actions to improve my health. I had a diagnosis within a few days and am now on the road to recovery. At a time when NHS professionals are always under pressure and short of time it is truly refreshing to receive such first class care.

Visited the surgery was feeling extremely ill

I contracted a virus, which escalated over the weekend. First thing Monday my husband took me to the surgery. I could barely stand. I don’t think I could have waited for an appointment, so the 8am to 11am drop in is a great facility. I saw the Dr within 15 minutes, I was quickly assessed and put into the nurses station on oxygen, until the ambulance arrived.
The staff at this surgery are truly professional, helpful and friendly.

A big thank you

I have suffered from persistent head aches and facial pain for as long as I can remember. But having received a course of drugs combined with acupuncture the pain is all but gone, and my life has been transformed! Thank you to all involved in my care. Dx
